SKILL EMPOWERMENT
Income Diversification
We enabled farming communities with technical support to diversify income sources to help farmers achieve financial resilience.
Initiatives include creating water harvesting structures in the rural villages which enables farmers to cultivate multiple crops and rear the livestock’s which will become a additional source of income.
Women Empowerment
Our company is committed to women’s empowerment by conducting training and awareness programs for women farmers and by equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve financial independence. We ensure that initiatives that provide resources such as sewing machines and milking machines, enable women to explore alternative income sources.
Collectively, these initiatives strengthen household incomes and contribute to the betterment of livelihoods.
Educational Support

To support this vision, Deccan is committed to upgrading school infrastructures in rural areas. We are building facilties to provide clean drinking water, constructing washroom facilities for male and female children, and transforming conventional classrooms into digital classrooms.
